Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of food safety and quality system for supplier quality development, validation & verification of in-process products and process. Plans and execute food safety and quality assurance activities. Ensures that proper sampling techniques are used in the evaluation of materials and products. Plans and directs the workflow of the group on a daily basis. Plans validation and verification activities Assists in the selection of equipment/materials and in setting process parameters. Monitors achievement of the targets and objectives of the department. Supervises the preparation of solutions and chemicals in the laboratory. Ensures the regular calibration and proper use and maintenance of laboratory apparatus/equipment Assists in the selection of equipment/materials and in setting process parameters. Validates methods and procedures whenever necessary Recommends improvements of quality control system. Monitors and controls the use of laboratory supplies. Ensures timely review of documents and creation of documents as necessary
Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology, BS Microbiology With at least 2 years work experience in a Food manufacturing company Knowledgeable in HACCP, GMP, Food safety, Willing to work in a shifting schedule; 6 days work week. Willing to be assigned in Laguna or Pampanga plant
