Recruiter - Remote and Part Time - Catalyze | New Day Jobs (Yangon, Myanmar)

We are hiring an experienced Recruiter to help us grow our team and talent pool. The ideal candidate will have a solid recruitment experience, both in house and with executive search firm, hiring for experienced individuals. He/she will have a proactive hands-on approach, fluent in English and ideally will share the passion for a green lifestyle.

Location: remote working from Bali or Greater Jakarta

Arrangement: Part time 4 hours per day during working hours

JOB PURPOSE

Identify, attract and hire suitable talent to fulfill company needs and build talent pool

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, write and refine job specification and its suitable recruitment channels
• Shortlist and process incoming applications
• Proactively search for suitable candidates using online and offline channel
• Liaise with candidates and provide timely responses to candidates on any aspect of the collaboration
• Interview candidates and conduct background check through online and face to face mode
• Write interview and background check result report
• Store and file recruitment data using the existing system
• Liaise and build relationship with recruitment partner and vendor
• Support employer branding initiatives
• Contribute in other HR operations ad hoc needs when requested (less than 5%)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Min. 5 years’ experience recruiting experienced professional in various level, preferably in service industry
• Experienced in using behavioral interview framework
• Able to work effectively in team, as well as independently and in remote setting
• Solid English and Bahasa Indonesia command in writing, speaking and listening comprehension
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diplomatic acumen and eloquent communication
