Qualifications | Requirements 

  • Graduate, preferably in the Bachelor's degree in business administration, management
  • Relevant qualification is an added advantage. 
  • Minimum (3) years of experience in management and leadership position. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. 
  • Sound knowledge in planning and budgeting. 
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Computer literate. 
  • Proficiency in English Language. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that all operational processes and procedures for the smooth running of the regional office are in place and are reviewed frequently and amendments and updates are disseminated to all staffs. 
  • Monitor, Track and Report Performance to ensure consistency in underwriting processes and overall service deliveries.
  • Establish long-term relationships with potential key clients/customers with the view to enhance business opportunities. 
  • Take responsibility to ensure smooth operation of the regional office in compliance with company’s regulation and any other duties assigned and directed by direct superior or senior management.  
  • Promote Insurance Products to the market and liaise with Business Partners to drive and facilitate promotion of Insurance products. 
  • Appraise staff and provide training and guidance to staff. 
  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets. 
  • Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives. 
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans. 
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts. 
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. 
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
