Ephesoft, inc is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, ASEAN to be located/around in Singapore (this is a remote position) This is a Full-time, Permanent position that requires travel.

Job Description:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving pipeline growth and incremental business revenue with/through Ephesoft’s network of Global Partner and System Integrators, and Regional Channel Partners as well as develop and close new direct enterprise business.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and resourceful with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role you will be positioned at the cornerstone of Ephesoft, influencing corporate initiatives and continuing to grow the overall Asia business and take it to the next level

This position offers an opportunity for growth and valuable industry experience.

Duties include:

●     Developing and maintaining external strategic relationships with Global Partner and System Integrators, and Regional Channel Partners as well as finding new Partners that can add significant value

●     Creating and implementing strategic sales plans for partnership growth

●     Achieving ASEAN quota targets

●     Develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline within the territory; present sales forecasts in a timely fashion

●     Leverage our Partner ecosystem to build pipeline and drive sales

●     Creating and selling vertical market solutions and horizontal applications of the Ephesoft Smart Capture® platform

●     Building customer and partner-focused demonstrations and presentation material

●     Creating sales enablement tools and marketing collateral to support sales initiatives and partnership growth

●     Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

●     Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

●     Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job

●     Build and maintain professional networks

●     Meet with potential clients/partners to determine their needs and build 4x-5x pipeline

 


Qualifications

Required:

●     Proven experience focusing on the customer

●     5+ years of experience in a sales role selling software solutions to enterprise customers as well as partners

●     Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

●     Fast learner and quick thinker

●     Knowledge of enterprise software implementation

●     Passion for solving complex problems with creative and innovative techniques

●     Ability to set challenging goals, monitor progress, and ensure results are achieved as planned

●     Proven track records of success; ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets

●     Experience writing proposals and contract negotiations

●     Excellent written and verbal communications skills

●     Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in business or technical field)

●     Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

●     Ability to travel to meet requirements of the role when needed

Preferred:

●     Technical background

●     Experience with big data and machine learning technologies

●     Experience with cloud and SaaS technologies

●     Experience with business intelligence (BI), content management systems, database technologies, workflow, RPA and advanced capture technologies
