The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor responsible for key account management, market penetration and strategic sales growth in his/her assigned territories. You are expected to build deep and trusted business relationships with the client to understand their business needs, seed and grow future opportunities.

This role’s mandate is to expand NCS’s footprint across the Rest of Asia region, which will include both direct engagement with overseas enterprises as well as indirect engagement with our partners. You will work with the Singtel associates to bring our offerings to various markets, as well as with GLC customers to extend our business relationship beyond Singapore.

The Regional Sales Manager will act as an internal advocate for clients, as well as a key conduit between country sales teams and across the Lines of Businesses. You will coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for a broad range of products including enterprise infrastructure, networking, applications and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop opportunities within assigned territories by driving newbusiness directly from customers / partners, identify and develop effective and scalable partners based in respective territories for building robust sales pipelines.
  • Provide strong service and support to existing customers’ needs at every interaction and to lead the resolution of their issues within the organisation.
  • Oversee and manage assigned accounts, seek additional revenue opportunities (for existing clients / projects) through up-selling, renewals and Change Request.
  • Accountable for owning all aspects of the sales cycle, whilst consistently generating pipeline to meet and/or exceed quota.
  • Create and maintain all major customer deliverable (proposals, statements of work, etc.) to provide over-the-top customer service and support.
  • Develop value prepositions and negotiate successfully to close deals, driving profitable wins focused on NCS’ core capabilities and growth strategy.
  • Coordinate and partner across functional teams and Lines of Businesses (LOBs) within NCS to strike deals, get orders provisioned and meet the customers' service expectations.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Sciences or equivalent.
  • At least 5- 8 years of relevant sales management experience in IT solutions, System Integration or IT Consultancy.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals/quotas.
  • Good key account management skill, strong business acumen.
  • Possess ability to gain access and interact with C-level executives.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
