We are looking for a Regional Training Manager(Ethical) to join Zuellig Pharma Therapeutics Division. To design the learning & development curriculum, develop competency-based development programs and drive the execution, consistent implementation and monitoring of all learning and development programs and initiatives for our ZPT sales forces across the region and across all business models (CSO, CSMO, Agency and In-License). You can based in any of ZP markets in APAC and report to Regional Head of Training


  • Formulate and implement learning and development programs in line with functional strategies with strong collaboration with in-countries Management Team for all markets.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across markets, recommend appropriate actions/initiatives to address competency needs, to ensure business needs are closely aligned.
  • To establish competency-based regional Sales learning & development programs for Sales Managers and Representative functions in the Department
  • To establish brand related trainings, in-partnership with the Clients of Licensing and Agency products.
  • Monitor over-all implementation of training and development programs and help local trainers assess and ensure training impact and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance on SOPs and Training are adhered across the markets

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Business Discipline
  • 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry with minimum 5 years of training, managerial/field sales experience
  • Candidates with Training accreditation/certification from reputable training institutions (e.g., DDI, Covey, SMA), is an advantage

Skills / Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with key decision makers and different people in multi-cultural and diverse environment
  • Regional Experience, in SEA and/or North Asia will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, influencing skills, creativity, problem solving and ability to manage complexity in addressing issues.
  • Well organized and skilled in managing multiple projects and teams through cross functional collaboration
  • High level of facilitation, presentation skills and familiar with digital learning tools for virtual engagements
  • Can manage cross nation culture and language to facilitate learning through collaboration with local counterparts.
