  • Provides after sales technical support. Handles customers requests, queries, complaints and provides timely solution.
  • Provides support for desktop, printer and software system
  • Follow-up, logs and reports all customer activities in the ticket system
  • Installs, configures software updates and provides end user assistance
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor or College Degree in any computer related courses
  • Highly technical and detail oriented
  • Should be flexible and willing to work in shifting schedule, weekends or holidays
