You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment and be able to take on a wide range of tasks while working remotely.
What You'll Be Doing
- Resolve customer issues and maintain acceptable service level agreements (SLA)
- Forward user feedback to the relevant department to improve the customer journey
- Help create content for our Knowledge Base
- Engage in discussion with partners and industry leaders
- Support the Marketing Department with various projects and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
Who you are:
- At least a year of customer service experience (may it be email, phone, or chat support)
- A front runner in creating relationships with the humans who use Coinberry, including retail customers, influencers, competitors and partners;
- Able to provide concise, articulate and insightful analysis in written and verbal form, as well as communicate these with clarity and brevity
- Critical thinker who can speak for Coinberry users within the organization;
- Experienced with productivity tools and CRM software;
- Doesn't shy away from taking on new responsibilities and learning new roles;
- Seeks the solution and thrives with Freedom.
What Sets You Apart
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be an asset (but we can always teach you all you need to know)
- Financial, Fintech or Technology Industry background is a plus
- Understands the startup culture
