Description

A Technical Support Associate is a generalist with a broad understanding of 51Talk’s technical services who is able to:

  • Quickly and correctly identify the needs of our external customers.
  • Provide useful and appropriate tips to manage an issue sourced from the 51Talk knowledge base in a timely manner.
  • Initiate and execute remote troubleshooting effectively should the need for it arise.
  • Assist our Home-based Teachers regarding COMPUTER CONCERNS (Hardware, Software or Networks) via CHAT/E-MAIL.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Must be a college graduate of a 4-year course in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course
  • Must have basic troubleshooting and analytical competence
  • Good communication skills
