We are seeking a highly-motivated, high-energy, disciplined, results-driven, experienced work-from-home lead generator. The Lead Generation Agent will be responsible for B2B prospecting, qualifying and processing of business opportunities for thousands of companies.
This individual will be an enthusiastic, flexible, ethical, reliable team player with exceptional phone communication skills, a positive attitude, desire to learn, and a strong drive to succeed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
✓ Agents will be using a web-based dialer platform to place 200-300 outbound calls daily into businesses across North America and the United Kingdom, following a proprietary call flow to generate qualified leads for client companies local to those regions.
✓ Notate key findings from phone conversations into the dialer system, to inform our Quality team on relevant business details as they move the qualification process forward
✓ Meet and surpass key daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for all campaigns
✓ Maintain and update an accurate daily log of activity
✓ Maintain open lines of communication with U.S.-based Operations leadership team
✓ Perform other duties as assigned
✓ Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects immediately over the phone
✓ Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities seamlessly
✓ Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her key findings in the phone conversations are of optimum quality and accuracy
✓ Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
✓ Familiarity or ability to quickly learn marketing systems and tools
✓ Flexibility to work in shifts (U.S. business hours)
✓ Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
✓ 1-3 years of experience in a sales, sales-after-support, lead generation or customer service role
✓ Experience with web-based and/or proprietary CRM platforms
