Remote Operations Specialist - Baker Hughes | New Day Jobs (Yangon, Myanmar)

Job Responsibility

• Creating of wells in the system, well entitlements, feed set up and monitoring of Production wells
• Providing application support, tracking emails, phone calls, requests and incidents
• Helping to maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures
• Communicating and facilitating continuous improvement
• Working with regional and global teams to ensure resilience of service and information security
• Providing additional projects as assigned by Remote Operations Services Centre Manager and Service Manager

Job Requirements

• Have a Bachelor Degree with 1-2 years working experience
• Have knowledge of incident management systems
• Be committed to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Be detail oriented and experienced in working with strict deadlines
• Be able to work on shift rotation and weekends
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have Information Technology experience
• Have knowledge of ITIL
