The role requires extensive experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, assessment, and conducting video interviews. We need people that are very proactive, passionate in working, and communicative to the team.
This is not for new and inexperienced people. You should have at least 1-year experience in the required field.

- Strong recruitment experience (minimum of 1 year)
- Experience in an admin role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Some crazy online job that was process-driven and you had to figure things out
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Can work independently or with less supervision
- Experience with any Application Tracking System
- Email etiquette and management skills in Gmail
- Scheduling and managing appointments in Google Calendar
- Above-average time management
- Meticulous with every detail
