Work Locations: In our virtual/online office

Available space: 12

Job wages: 10 dollars per hour ( we pay weekly)

Job Application duration: One Week

Job Description

Schedule staff, find substitute trainers, and manage daily calendar

Research about client

Make business purchases and deal with vendors

Schedule virtual/telephone meeting between clients and LedaTra

Manage clients’ database

Receive calls from clients making enquiries

Email customers about our different services

Skills Requirements

Must be a computer literate

Knowledge of microsoft office package

Emotional intelligence

Communication skills

Time management skills

Job Requirements

University degree in related courses in administrative, customer management, business management, art , social science or commercial course

One year working experience as administrative personnel or related position (virtual will be an advantage)

Understand English

Must possess/own a computer

High speed wired internet service of 10 MBPs or higher (WiFi is not permitted)
