: Set the sales strategy, target plan and the individual targets to team. Set tactic to compete to get more market share. Manage to the related section and monitor about the market situation Analyze for the sales and up sales. Build strong working relationship with relevant department. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales target and negotiate with relevant suppliers. Develops effective sales plan by using marketing tools, procedures and materials monitors, review and report on all sales action plans for individual sales person and perform with sale teams to accurate implementation sales activities.
Job Specification: BE Mechanical/EP/EC or Any Graduate. MBA is preferable. At least 10-years’ experience at Sales Fields as management level. Can use in Computerize as Microsoft word /Excel/ Power Point. Knowledge in ISO (9001:2008 &9001: 2015). Good health Strong English communication and presentation skills. Reporting Skill. Management and good handle to operation. Leadership skill. Negotiation skills wiliness to work with team, can travel.
