The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Build and manage a portfolio of accounts
- Develop a positive relationship with clients
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
- Entire Sales cycle from Cold Calling to Account Management for US Clients
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
- Experience as a Sales Manager - Upto 3Yrs
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast speed Internet connection - 4G

- US Holidays and a select few local holidays.
- ₱ 275,000/Year (Fixed)
- 40% of Commissions on new sales
- 20% of Commissions on existing accounts sales.
