Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Prepares action plans by individual for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Finish any task delegated from the manager with good quality and timely.
College Graduate of Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing Management Must have atleast 2-3 Years of related experience in Dealership/Distribution Development, Manintenance and Projects Strong understanding of electrical consumer and sales funtions Willingness to go business travel all over the country Outstanding communications and presentation skills both written and verbal Information gathering Good English Communication Skills Must be willing to work in night shifts and weekends Internet Connection with atleast 10mbps for WFH arrangement
