Job Role

Sales Executive (Recruitment) - Remote

Job Description

  • Responsible to drive business development and client acquisition
  • Identify business opportunities through market development, customer prospecting and sales pitching
  • Identify new / prospective clients and develop relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders. Generate leads from LinkedIn, Job Search Portals, and other social media portals
  • Develop clients pipeline, leads and networking
  • Create employer brand awareness and market penetration
  • Execute a call plan to understand prospective customer’s business & to generate qualified leads
  • Manage sales proposal, pricing, contract negotiation and sales closing
  • Must be able to handle multiple concurrent sales enquiries via call, chat, video conference and other digital assets from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need
  • To participate fully in the team, taking part in regular team meetings & planning sessions, and collaborating feedback and ideas to colleagues

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business or equivalent
  • Proactive and Resilient
  • Knowledge on HRIS systems is an advantage
  • Good sales drive and an achievement mindset
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills experience
  • Must be able to travel to Malaysia
