This Sales Manager is responsible for thoroughly Malaysia/philippines/Thailand macro market and business.
Key Performance Objectives in order of priority with projected time allocation include:
· Be responsible for the research and analysis of the Southeast Asia macro environment, market, and competitors, and set up competitive sales & marketing strategies.
· Through market research, create new product information for enterprise’s continuous development and support develop new product research cooperating with technical head and be in charge of the market promotion work to strengthen sales value and market positioning advantages.
· According to the company’s strategic plan, set up brand development objectives and strategy to build up world first-class brand.
· According to the company’s strategic objectives, set up the three (3) years sales & marketing strategic objectives, and be responsible for formulating the annual work targets and the sales & marketing heads’ working objectives respectively to ensure the fulfillment of all the sales & marketing objectives, assure stock control, material planning & AR collection.
· Maintain customer relationships, continuously improve customer services, build up excellent customer experience, and improve the customer’s satisfaction.
- Other team support work that may be assigned by the direct supervisor
· Experience: Rich business development experience, strong customer & market development capability;
· Skills: excellent English communication skills; logical and structured work style required.
· Qualifications: College or bachelor degree, Target oriented with strong self-motivation; preferably with a foreign-funded enterprise background!
Others: Malaysia/philippines/Thailand work authorization (Required)
