Klinify is a fast-growing and innovative start-up providing digital solutions to clinics that ease the workflow of doctors and improve patient outcomes. What started as a document management system to help doctors migrate to electronic records using tablet computers has since evolved into an end-to-end clinic management platform. The team behind Klinify is a diverse group of individuals hailing from Singapore, India, and Malaysia, all united by the vision of unlocking medical data to save lives.

We are now expanding! We need help with selling, implementing and supporting Klinify to new customers! We are looking for a Sales Ninja who is motivated and committed to signing up and supporting new doctors on Klinify. 

You will need to have:

  • Initiative; to further our user experience in easing the workflow of doctors
  • Confidence; to be unfazed by the magnitude of impact we will be making in the industry
  • Discipline; to work around regulations, build safety mechanisms thrice over, and work with multiple layers of security

What you’ll do:

  • Generate leads, reaching out and engaging with health professionals and various stakeholders at healthcare centers to meet personal and team KPIs
  • Informing and selling our range of solutions that helps the customer needs
  • Maintain a professional, competent and honest relationship with customers throughout the entire customer journey
  • Assist the deployment team to deploy customers and ensure customers convert to users.
  • Support the support team during potential downtime
  • Research and understand user requirements and communicate it effectively to the development team.
  • Potentially lead or contribute to company projects 

What we’re looking for:

  • More than 1-year experience in tech sales. Bonus if you have pharmaceutical sales/sales to doctors experience. 
  • Basic network setup, IT troubleshooting knowledge 
  • Fluency in English and Malay (important!) 
  • Good understanding of technology in general (ie be able to explain how Dropbox and Gmail work to a non-technical person) 
  • Ability to work in a small kick-ass team 
  • Resonance with our core values
  • Bonus if you have programming knowledge
  • Note: This role may involve travelling for sales, deployment and support. 

Salary Range: RM 2,500 - 3,000
