CoachHub is looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Operations and Strategy Specialist for APAC with exceptional Sales, Data Analytics and Stakeholder Management skills to join our Global Revenue Strategy & Operations team. THE ROLE: reporting to our Head of Sales Strategy, this is a senior-level role and a brand new full-time permanent position within the company. The role can be based in Singapore or remotely from your location within APAC.

We do this by aligning people, platforms and processes around a shared set of business goals to accelerate our revenue growth and maximise value creation throughout the entire buyer journey, from awareness to after-sales.

As a Senior Sales Operations and Strategy Specialist, you will:

  • Support our APAC sales leadership team in defining and driving strategic sales priorities at the regional and differentiated market segment levels
  • Develop, finetune, and maintain Sales KPIs and support the rhythm of the business through weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Evaluate business performances, diagnose root causes, and prescribe actions informed by data-driven insights
  • Assist with annual planning, including headcount allocation, market penetration targets, and sales territory forecasting
  • Drive special projects and provide analytical support to senior Sales leaders
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to a range of cross-functional stakeholders

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Strategy Consulting, or a similar role
  • Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • You have strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • You’re able to frame business problems, design and execute analyses to inform solutions, and communicate insights with a bias towards action
  • You have an excellent command of Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas) and a high degree of confidence with handling and analyzing large data sets
  • You’re a self-motivated team player with innovative ideas to drive revenue growth at CoachHub
  • You quickly build trust through a deep understanding of your stakeholders’ priorities and challenges
  • Hungry to work in a fast-growing SaaS company and help us drive expansion plans in APAC

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Industry experience in a high growth SaaS, financial services, or management consulting company would be a bonus
  • Knowledge of data analytics programming languages, e.g. SQL, R or Python is optional
