The Fintech News Network covers stories and startups in the fintech ecosystem – i.e. mobile payment, personal finance, bitcoin, blockchain, robo advisory and lending. We are present in major fintech hubs around the world, including SingaporeSwitzerlandHongKongMalaysia, PhilippinesBaltic and Middle East. We are a lean team operating in more than 5 countries and growing.

Responsibilities

SALES SUPPORT

  • Join our sales team and work closely with the implementation team to improve internal efficiency and ensure client satisfaction
  • Support sales activities, including inbound and outbound lead responses and follow ups on sales engagements via email
  • Coordinate meetings and calls 
  • Prepare and send out offers to potential clients
  • Assist in the implementation and reporting of ongoing digital marketing projects
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards prior to project go live

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Take charge of various administration tasks
  • Monitoring of FNN portal performance and quality assurance
  • CRM management (implementation of leads, tracking of deliverables etc.)
  • Optimization of sales and operational processes

Key Requirements

  • A polite, friendly and professional person who is solution focused and passionate about getting things right in spite of challenges and obstacles
  • Interested in fintech
  • Able to learn quickly on the job
  • Detail-oriented and well organized with a proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
  • Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, especially in the written form (emails)
  • Adaptable to a fast moving and changing industry, requirements may change quickly
  • Solid experience with HubSpot (or equivalent CRM software)
  • Open to get to know different tools such as Google Suite and CRM software to support your daily work
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Able to work remotely (no office provided)
  • Prior experience in media / sales field is highly desirable
