The business to join our growing business for the positions of:

  • a) Inside Sales in Australia
  • b) Inside Sales in various parts of the world including: Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan

***Need to be located in these countries.


  • Autonomy with full accountability to hit and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Responsible for business management, prospecting, developing and managing “A” Accounts.
  • Develop and build professional relationships with all tiers of the network to build and expand business growth opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this dynamic and challenging role your duties will include but not be limited to the following key functions:

  • Prepare and keep updated quarterly business plans, using a CRM system to provide weekly documentation for client meetings and prospecting
  • Review opportunities, strategically target new growth opportunities
  • Enhance and develop business with existing accounts
  • Establish customer lead generation, cold call, trial and sales follow up process, provide high level sales support for current and potential clients
  • Track record of success in a fast paced sales driven role
  • Provide necessary technical sales skills and become an expert in product knowledge to provide for clients
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Form rapport and maintain quality professional relationships with prospects and clients in your territory
  • Identify and develop profitable new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed your agreed sales targets
  • A team player who is looking to build and scale within the company
  • Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in similar industry is preferred but not essential
  • Driven with a proven track record in sales, preferably from selling through direct B2B
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to train and educate current accounts as well as potential clients
  • Knowledgeable in consultative and solution based selling is preferred
  • Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial spirit
  • High sales drive with self-discipline, commitment and self-motivation
  • Good presentation and communication skills in English.
