Job Responsibilities

In Singapore; which is our regional HQ for client servicing, we are looking for a Sales and Account Associate (Senior Account Executive / Associate Account Manager) that is fascinated by the evolution of media, content marketing and brand communication.In this role, you will get to work closely with some of the country's largest brands, agencies, digital companies, media and content creators, influencers and activate exciting projects and campaigns in South East Asia.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
  • Active lead generation and new meetings with prospective clients
  • Meet revenue targets
  • Maintain all activities in CRM.
  • Lead and coordinate project negotiations for a successful close.
  • Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance team targets.

  • Min. 2-4 years with background as Business Development/Account Servicing in related fields of Advertising sales/ Account servicing/ managing role from Media or Creative Agency / Media Owners
  • Understanding of influencer marketing/digital marketing/video creation/graphic design is preferable.
  • Based in Singapore
  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Have a consultative sales approach.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Detailed, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, work under stress and fast pace.
  • Driven and motivated.
  • Able to use Google Sheet, Word & Slides.
