· Support the origination of real estate financing transactions in Asia
· Support and manage the internal process with management, credit and risk departments, legal and compliance etc
· Perform structure and property risk analysis, preparing credit application and property memo, and documentation.
· Support the monitoring and analysis of the property loan portfolio in Asia
· Assist in property market research in Asia
· Support the internal and regulatory compliance process
- University Graduate
- Understanding of the property market, preferably with regional exposure
- At least 3 years real estate experience in a commercial bank and/or an investment bank and/or real estate fund
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong credit knowledge
- Good skills and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
