What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify points of friction in the user experience
• Develop hypotheses to improve UI/UX based on data, user feedback, and UI/UX best practices
• Create wireframes of mobile and web applications; collaborate with web designers and motion graphic designers to create an optimized user-centric design experience
• Work closely with web developers to ensure design concepts may be implemented on our Ruby on Rails codebase, as well as other platforms as needed

What You’ll Need

This position is a brand-new opening for someone who has:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the gaming industry in UI/UX design.
• Knowledgeable in wireframing tools (e.g. but not limited to, Figma, Invision, sketch) and illustration tools (e.g. but not limited to, photoshop, illustrator)
• Knowledge of game publishers, games aggregators, and open-world RPGs is a plus.
