Job Summary: 

We are looking for a creative, innovative designer with a passion for Men’s Apparel to join our team, expand their skill set, and continue their passion for art and design. If you're looking for a fast-paced working environment where you will be put to the test and exposed to many different types of media projects, this position is for you. 

In this position, you will work with our close-knit teams who all have a passion for their job. The Emazing Group is a pivotal force in both the Festival and Streaming industries and helps set the gold standard for artistic excellence.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Design and produce marketing communications (digital and print) 
• Photo editing for eCommerce websites
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative solutions
• Develop motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms (social, streaming, ads)
• Create video content for various eCommerce websites

Requirements:

• Powerful PC/Mac (specs will be required to share)
• 4+ years of professional experience at an in-house studio, brand, or agency
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop (Digital Marketing Collateral)
• After Effects (Social Content)
• Premiere Pro (Video Content)
• Illustrator (Pre-Production Print Needs)
• Possess strong conceptual skills and a high-level sense of design
• Comprehensive knowledge of typography, color, usability, layout, and photo editing
• Experience with digital asset creation with a mobile-first mentality 
• Experience with photography, photo image manipulation, color correction, and retouching
• Ability to be a self-sufficient, proactive, worker, thinking about the end-user experience
• Strong production and file management skills
• Must have a keen eye for detail
• Thorough understanding of how visual design contributes to overall brand identity
• Take direction and work closely with project managers and other team members
• Be able to multitask, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm PST

Language Skills: 

• Excellent written, verbal, and spelling skills in English

Physical Demands: 

• May be subjected to working extended hours

Portfolio submission is required for all applicants 

Your portfolio must reflect your strong design aesthetic, communication skills, and conceptual abilities across a variety of media. Sample work should reflect a clear command of all aspects of visual design, including typography, composition, color, use of photography, and information organization.
