Roles And Responsibilities

The Senior Manager - Digital Marketing, APAC will build awareness and demand through online channels. We seek an experienced, tactical, hands-on manager focused on acquiring new customers, along with supporting other initiatives requiring digital marketing expertise. This role will report to the Marketing Director, APJ.

  • As a B2B Enterprise digital marketing manager, you will be responsible for the conception, design, production, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. SEM, organic/SEO, retargeting, email, webinars, etc.)
  • Define campaign objectives and enable effective reporting, target audiences, segment leads, and create marketing assets (website offers, email templates, landing pages, banners, etc.) to execute the campaign.
  • Work with cross-functional team members (Creative Design, Sales, BDR, Marketing, Finance, Product) to orchestrate high-impact integrated online marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the global marketing teams to optimize and localize global campaigns to ensure market relevancy.
  • Nurture prospects and ensure that Marketing Leads are converted to Sales Opportunities.
  • Ongoing project management of campaign execution across Marketo, and Salesforce, including data hygiene. Manage campaigns timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization.
  • Develop custom messaging and assets as needed to drive the development of custom 1:1 account marketing programs that address specific customer challenges.
  • Building and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the digital channels
  • Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets and generate marketing ROI to drive pipeline growth

What You'll Need

  • 8+ years exp as an experienced digital marketing practitioner with a proven tactical experience in driving demand through digital channels
  • Hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably for B2B SaaS across SEM, affiliate, display, and paid social
  • An experienced manager with a strong desire to collaborate in a supportive, accountable environment
  • Ability to skillfully and confidently grow the digital function to support company revenue and growth targets
  • Experience using multi-channel, multi-touch attribution to improve channel performance
  • Extensive experience with digital media planning and buying including use of programmatic buying, direct buying through Google Adwords, Bing, and Yahoo. Experience with other digital channels a plus
  • Deep familiarity with working with digital marketing execution platforms, agencies, content management providers, and digital analytics tools; including Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms, advertising platforms, and attribution tools
  • Experience successfully managing third-party digital agencies to align to company strategy and goals and meet/exceed targets
