As part of our Sales team, we are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to ramp up our Customer base/MRR

Ideally, you should be Located somewhere in APAC

Responsibilities

If you join our Sales Team, you will focus on the following:

  • Keep the Sales pipeline busy, you are always on the run to close deals and do demo calls
  • Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
  • Use the Tech stack to generate Leads and Maintain accurate records of your interactions/progress with customers
  • Assist newly-recruited or less experienced SDR in acing their SQL and define a clear Sales strategy
  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success
  • Build global HR/Legal/Payroll knowledge

Requirements

  • Believe in our mission to transform the present of remote work
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Sales, account manager in a Start-up (ideally in SAAS start-up)
  • You have outstanding negotiation & presentation skills and feels comfortable dealing with C-level executives, seasoned managers
  • Solid knowledge of HR legislation, policies and regulations is a big plus
  • Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English
