They are currently hiring for an Infra Support Specialist (L2) for one of their upcoming major projects.
Job Description
- Providing 1st and 2nd level of Troubleshooting and Remote Technical Support, responding to technical support tickets, ensuring that the SLA & TAT are met
- Setting up and maintaining Windows systems in a mixed environment of both on-premise and public cloud
- User account setup, management, access administration and support
- Overseeing, troubleshooting and conduct performance tuning of network and server-side systems
- Monitoring system healthiness with various tools and responding to alerts
- Providing support across timezones
- Writing infrastructure-related scripts to automate all manual tasks plus streamline operational activities
- Participating in the planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
- Creating and maintaining good technical documentation
The Successful Applicant
- Possessing 2-3 years of experience in system administration and technical support
- Experienced in providing Windows system administration
- Skills in enterprise such as Microsoft Active Directory, MS Exchange, O365, Microsoft Azure and PowerShell scripting for automation are crucial
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is essential
- Malaysian nationals or permanent resident holders preferred
