They have a unique culture which drives collaboration, client focus and attention. They are urgently looking for a Thai speaker to join their Global Service Desk team.

    Job Description

    • Performing 1st level and remote support in all channels of engagement - phone, chat, virtual agent, self-serve, email to provide customers with a timely response
    • Initiating the procedure for handling detected incidents, e.g. covering systems, diagnostic data, information about the related Configuration Item
    • Providing advice to users on systems, products and services which are available to them by providing information on updates and errors
    • Monitoring progress of reports for supports and identifies performance trends
    • Supporting the development and maintenance of service desk support tools to meet Customer and IT Services needs
    • Escalating Major Incidents to the team leads and Service Desk Manager, ensuring communication to other team members is delivered in a timely manner

    The Successful Applicant

    • Excellent language skills in English and Thai
    • Experience as a service desk specialist (1-2 years)
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and O365
    • Malaysians nationals with the proficiency to speak Malay will be preferred
