Role

As a SAP HR functional consultant, you will be responsible to design and build the solution that meet the client requirements. Functional work like configuration, testing, training, Data migration are expected from the consultant in the implementation project

Job Description

The candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Building effective working relationships with the business; understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities
  • Take the lead role in assisting with the business case, planning and monitoring as required
  • Translating and simplifying requirements into the proper specifications
  • Identifying areas that may require systems solutions
  • Leading and/or participating in the business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality
  • Analyzing change in light of current business processes, assessing impact on other SAP modules
  • Partnering with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery
  • Following standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions

Basic Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR process
  • Good knowledge of Singapore statutory reporting and audit requirements
  • Understanding of process harmonization concepts
  • Minimum of 8 - 12 years SAP HR project implementation
  • Experience in SAP HR modules PA, OM, Time, Benefits, ESS/MSS, Fiori, Portal
  • The ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops will be advantageous
