As a core member of the Xiaomi Global team based in Beijing, China, the Social Media Global Market Coordinator will be primarily responsible for coordinating social media marketing in B2B markets, developing a social media communications plan including strategy, goals, and tactics.
• Work with sales, agencies, influencers, platforms and other partners with the goal to find fast, creative and efficient ways to build and execute innovative social media marketing plans that connect with Mi fans and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with creatives, marketing team to ensure that social media plans are effectively integrated into maximizing engagement and create sharing, talk value and advocacy.
• Interview, train and manage oversea social media members to ensure Xiaomi’s philosophy on social is conveyed with cross-cultural differences.
Good command of English and Mandarin
Bachelor degree in a top-tier university in PR/Marketing-related field
1-2 years of experience working in social media, with hands-on management of social media accounts or ads operation.
Experience with Client Serving in agency would be a plus
