Position: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

General Requirements

• Graduates of Computer Science, Informatics, or other related fields
• Minimum 1 years proven experience as Software Quality Assurance with strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience to use API Testing tools like Postman
• Familiar using Github, JIRA
• Understanding of automation testing tools like Katalon, Selenium etc; hand-on is plus
• Retail/eCommerce experience is preferred
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases; ability to create a good software documentation
• Deadline oriented, persistent, having a high level of curiosity and attention to detail accuracy
• Good analytical, problem solving, and effective communication skills (verbal & written)
• Good stress management on working under pressure and doing repetitive work
• Ability to identify opportunities for innovation to improve quality

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional requirements
• Manually execute to run scenario for both manual testing
• Identify software failure points, analyze them and report them to the development team for resolution in all phases of the software development life-cycle
• Records and reports testing result
• Update standardized regression test suite
• Cooperate with Technology and Product Departments, work closely with developers & product analyst/owner to improve the quality of product deliverable
