The Senior Business Development Rep is responsible for strategic outbound sales activities to Fortune 500 companies. In this role the Sr BDR will work closely with their Account Executives to develop a strategic sales plan mapping out targeted accounts. The BDR will execute the sales plan alongside the Account Executive with the goal of engaging and scheduling a call with the target contact.


Responsibilities

You own the full Business Development process including:

  • Prospecting sales leads
  • Account and contact research 
  • Collaboration with Account Executives to sales plan outreach strategy
  • Sending email sales campaigns to prospects
  • Phone outreach to executive/senior level buyers
  • Utilizing additional social channels as needed to prospect leads 
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling calls with prospective accounts
  • Working out of a CRM database
  • Maintaining a full pipeline of sales leads
  • Meet or exceed weekly metrics and quarterly KPI’s
