Job Overview

This role is a liaison between business and technical teams. As part of the product team, you play a key role in building our unique platform to optimize customer journey to decarbonization and sustainability. You will take on a variety of responsibilities from coordinating the creation and development of product features & solutions, eliciting and documenting requirements, to maintaining a healthy product backlog.

The ideal candidate has a combination of strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills who embraces and tackles challenges and uncertainties with resilience and creativity. The individual keeps abreast of current technologies and brings expert knowledge of industry best practices in product development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the creation and development of product features & solutions to ensure that capabilities are in-scope, on-time, and of high quality.
  • Elicit, analyze, refine, and document requirements from stakeholders. Facilitate workshops to discover, discuss, and validate requirements. 
  • Construct workflow diagrams, wire frames designs, and create product specifications in accordance with business requirements. 
  • Analyze and evaluate technological solutions to business requirements.
  • Own and translate business and technical requirements into epics and user stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria for Scrum teams to implement.
  • Refine, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog that optimizes value for the customer while adhering to company strategy.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as Technical Business Analyst or similar role in an Agile environment.
  • Experience working with industrial ecosystems and/or SaaS enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in the Business Analysis Process, Process Improvement, Documentation, Diagrams, Data Flow, Process Flow, and other related documentation in the area.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with the ability to see problems from different perspectives. 
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including facilitation skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented, organized, multi tasker.
  • IIBA, PMI, and/or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
