Recommend and oversee the transition from implementation to deployment of new tools, mail server, CRM/ERP systems, and web platforms while working closely with the Executive Team and internal team members or agencies handling Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Digital and Content Marketing.
Responsible for the realization of the project/program according to the agreed plan such as but not limited to specification, resources, budget, risk and timeline.
Accountable for the project deliverables from execution, documentation and team management.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders including the executive team, internal team/departments and third-party vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all owned projects and provide a progress report to the executive team on the agreed frequency.
Manage and update the company’s database and shared file system.
Design internal onboarding and training documents to help team members transition to new tools and processes implemented unique to the user profile.
Lead the evaluation, review and management of documentation, data security laws, insurances, and SOPs.
Effectively disseminate pertinent information to various teams in a timely manner.
Responsible for trademark, domain name, compliance and insurance management.
Partner with other team members and departments cross functionally to find innovative solutions to business problems and achieve strategic goals.
Oversee merchant processing services from operational continuity to technology, compliance, market competitiveness and capabilities.
Other responsibilities include administrative work for confidential information from executives, data collection and analysis, purchasing, contracts and negotiations, preparation of technical documents etc.
