The Role

We're looking for a Subscription Operations Executive interested to learn what it means to do subscription operations in a growing start-up and help deliver exceptional outcomes for Circular's technology subscribers. This position is suited for a recent graduate ready to embark on your career.

As our Subscription Operations Executive, you are positive, empathetic, creative, and take pride in delivering good service. Our team works on trust and allows you the autonomy to proactively engage with customers or do your best work in operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve customers’ subscription-related problems.
• Build solid ownership of day to day operational processes.
• Drive operational excellence, while maintaining sufficient controls and assessing and mitigating risks.
• Work with the rest of the Subscription Operations and Product team to find new ways how to become more efficient and how to do things at scale.
• Oversee and manage asset orders for customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations team to make end to end customer experience as smooth as possible.

Requirements

• Accuracy and strong attention to detail. You enjoy owning your work and taking charge on projects.
• Strong initiative and sound judgement.
• You enjoy working in a start-up environment where things change frequently and you can be the one driving that change.
• Strong competence with software tools like spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Additional skills that would be useful:

• You have relevant experience working in operations/startup or led cross functional projects during your studies that drive efficiency and scaling of manual work.
