We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager experienced in IT / Tech recruitment to drive initiatives around sourcing and hiring the best talent into the business. Tech recruitment experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle process across all regions (Singapore, Australia, Dubai & Dallas)
- Screen applications, shortlist and conduct competency/behavioral-based telephone or face-to-face interviews to external candidates as required
- Provide support to hiring Managers through the recruitment process
- Introduce values-based recruiting tools and processes
- Develop training for all recruiting managers to upskill them in the recruitment process
- Manage external feedback sites eg. Glassdoor / LinkedIn
- Develop pipeline of talent for key roles
- Develop careers site to build EVP for each Business Unit
- Promote and manage Referral program
- Manage internal advertising and applications
Required skill and experience:
- Previous experience in IT recruitment essential
- Minimum of 5 years’ recruiting experience in an internal recruitment team is essential
- Proven experience in creative sourcing strategies to find the right candidates in a talent short market
- Experience in best practice recruitment techniques and processes
- Experience in building the Employee Value Proposition and Employment Branding
Qualification and Education:
- Bachelors degree preferred but not essential
- HR qualifications would be advantageous
