About the Job:

Do you love working with customers to help them solve complex technology challenges while delivering an amazing customer experience? Then this role might be right for you.

Revnue is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers in Vietnam. TAMs are advocates for their customers and work closely with them to provide support and advice on how they can leverage the most value from their investment in Revnue and serve as their primary point of contact.

TAM's will work with customers ranging from startups to small and medium size businesses, and large Enterprises undergoing digital contract management transformations.


  • Act as a strategic partner to understand the objectives and needs of customers and then develop solutions through the company’s offerings
  • Develop expert knowledge of the Revnue Contract Management Platform
  • Understand and communicate market opportunities, needs, and customer feedback to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership teams
  • Own your customer’s end-to-end support experience, working with Product, Engineering, Support Teams and leadership to unblock challenges
  • Hold regular status meetings with customers to discuss and resolve all issues

Required qualifications:

  • Must be based in Hanoi or surrounding areas
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (fluency in additional languages is a major plus)
  • 5 Years of Professional Account Management experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Internal or external customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to dynamically craft customized solutions that meet the needs of customers while capturing maximum value
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and consultation, developing good working relationships with other teams
  • Ability to perform and deliver multiple, concurrent projects on time
