To accomplish this, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist from Philippines that would love to work remotely Monday to Friday during these shifts (Philippines time):

  1. 10 am - 6 pm
  2. 8 pm - 4 am

You’re excited about the role because you will…

  • Be the primary point of contact between us and our clients from all over the world
  • Respond via email and chat to customers' requests, offering technical and non-technical support.
  • Present comprehensive information regarding our products and services.
  • Make small customizations to our app (fonts, colors, alignment etc.), so that it will render beautifully on the clients' stores.

  • You are fluent in English and have experience in interacting with customers;
  • You know HTML/CSS, maybe even touched base with Javascript or jQuery in the recent years
  • You see yourself building a carrier in customer support.
  • You are a quick learner in order to catch up with our specialized trainings.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • You are prepared to handle complaints with grace and a friendly attitude.
  • You have initiative and take decisions in order to improve our already extensive knowledge base.
  • You love to work in a dynamic team environment.
  • Last but not least, you enjoy helping others and solving tough problems.
