The Client is looking for a Technical Director to lead multidisciplinary technical department include Architecture,C&S, MEP, Landscape and Maintenance for their township in Binh Duong.

Client Details

The client is a joint venture of 2 major developers from Vietnam and SEA region and are developing (phase by phase) a major township in Binh Duong spanning over 200ha and 1bil USD investment.

Description

The Technical Director will be reporting to the Deputy General Director and manage 5 technical teams of total approx. 20 team members. He is the person-in-charge in the design and implementation of all technical aspects of the projects under Masterplan.

He shall cover the following:

• Plan, direct, coordinate, budget, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
• To participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversees project scheduling, and implementation.
• Prepare, monitoring and updating development program.
• Coordinating preparation of layout plans/ ground and soil survey / consultants for plans preparation / infrastructure and building plans / overall construction planning.
• Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project.
• Dealing with the local authorities / monitoring application for any permit/ approval necessary for the development of the project.
• Monitoring and chasing the progress of construction work
• Monitoring quality control on product.
• Other tasks as assigned when necessary

Profile

The successful candidate shall be ready to work in Binh Duong area, holding a relevant degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management. He shall have hold similar positions in major projects.

He shall possess In-deep knowledge in design, development and project management. He shall have Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to plan, manage and lead. English communication, problem solving skills and "can-do" attitude are key to this position.
