Technical Support Requirements:
-MALE (22 to 30 years old)
-Bachelor's Degree in computer engineering / engineering course or Information Technology Course.
(Newly graduate is welcome to apply)
-Experience in onsite technical support is an advantage.
-Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
-Excellent interpersonal skills
Technical Support Responsibilities:
-Installing and configuring hardware and software.
-Troubleshooting technical issues,
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
-Resolving network issues.
