ABOUT BLOXROUTE

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER - APAC (Hong Kong, Singapore)

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate and troubleshoot problems to resolution
• Perform corrective maintenance activities with users
• Conduct preventative maintenance, such as software upgrades, as needed
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering on advanced issues
• Be part of the support team and define its responsibilities and procedures
• Identify issues and quality gaps in bloXroute’s service for multiple blockchains
• Support the onboarding of new blockchains, miners and businesses
• Provide clarity on quality requirements received from the field management and Dev. Team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Support Engineer or Software Engineer, Tier 3
• Familiarity with Linux, AWS and one of these: Go, JavaScript or Python
• Ability to debug code
• Familiar with cloud environment, testing and production
• Ability to work with CLI
• Knowledge of how blockchain technology works and how DeFi trading works is a huge plus
• Fluent in English and Chinese
