Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for daily maintenance work such as pre-installation, deployment, upgrade and recording of products and equipment in the company's project

2.Resident at the customer site, answer and solve the technical and usage problems raised by the customer on the site, provide technical support to the customer, promote the product landing, and improve the quality of customer service

3.During the project implementation process, cooperate with the project manager to support the smooth implementation of the plan and achieve the project goal

4.Explore potential customer needs and project opportunities at all stages of the project, and provide timely feedback on effective information

5.Experience in hardware after-sales service is a plus


Mandatory Requirements

1.At least three years of related work experience.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field, or server hardware managerment experience

2.Familiarity with Linux.Experience in software languages with one or more of the following: Python,Shell.

3.Understanding of open source software (e.g., mongoDB,MySQL,nginx,docker,k8s,etc.).

4.Understanding of networking technologies (e.g., TCP/IP,HTTP,etc.).

5.Have a good sense of customer service, can flexibly respond to emergencies and propose effective solutions. 

6.Have excellent logical thinking ability, can analyze the problems encountered in the project, grasp the core of the problem, and find out the method to solve the problem

7.Have experience or ability to communicate with public security system customers, security industry experience is preferred

8.Good learn skill, communication skill and teamwork spirit


岗位职责:

1.负责公司项目中的产品和设备的预安装,部署、升级、记录等日常维护工作

2.驻场客户现场,解答、解决客户现场提出的技术及使用问题,为客户提供技术支持,推动产品落地客户业务环节,提升客户服务质量

3.项目实施过程中,配合项目经理支持方案的顺利实施落地,达成项目目标

4.在项目各个阶段挖掘客户潜在需求和项目机会,及时反馈有效信息

5.有硬件售后服务经验为加分项

任职资格

1.3年以上相关经验,本科及以上学历,有计算机相关经验者或服务器硬件知识和经验者优先

2.熟练掌握Linux 操作系统环境,有一定的脚本能力,如掌握shell,python等脚本语言的使用

3.了解相关开源软件的安装和使用,如:mongoDB、MySQL、nginx、docker、k8s等;

4.了解TCP/IP、HTTP等常用的网络协议;

5.具有良好的客户服务意识,可以灵活应对突发情况,提出有效的解决方案 

6.具备优秀的逻辑思维能力,能对项目中遇到的问题进行分析,抓准问题的核心,并找出解决问题的方法

7.有和公安系统客户沟通的经验或能力,有安防从业经验者优先

8.具有较强的团队协作能力,善于沟通需求和协调资源
