We have a client with an immediate need for an enthusiastic Technical Support Representative (Tier 2). The client is a global start up accelerator! This individual plays a key role in our external client's core business and can have the opportunity to work with multiple startups. This individual plays a key role in our external client's core business. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative and high-performance environment. You will be responsible for achieving the program goals and objectives.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years experience as a Tier 2 agent/ Technical Support handling escalations for a technical account
- Experience using Zendesk is a plus
- Background in troubleshooting for smart devices is a plus or IoT (Internet of Things)
- Candidate must have excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Must be open to a full-time Freelance role
- Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications
- Processor: Core i5 or higher
- RAM: 8GB or higher
