Salary: $900 a month basic salary + Health Insurance
Working hours in US Time Zone (8PM-5AM Manila time)

· You will provide tier 2 technical support to our products, to our customers, and our internal employees:
· Full ownership of tickets resolution; including impact assessment, identification of root causes, providing a solution to ticket owner, and when applicable drive to full solution with the R&D team.
· Update knowledge base articles with issues and solutions.
· Provide technical support via Remote sessions, SMS, emails, and direct phone conversations with end-users.
· 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer - MUST.
· Querying experience with SQL- MUST.
· Experience with CRM’s \ ticket handling system (Zendesk or alike).
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with teammates, managers, and clients.
