Your Future Position

  • Independant contributor
  • Report to: Channel Manager - ASEAN (expat)
  • Working location: Remote working (preferrably Hanoi based residents)
  • Responsible to achieve annual sales and/or profit goals through efficient distributormanagement and satisfaction of customer needs

Your Responsibilities

Provide qualityservice to the Company's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks,while upholding the Comanay Values at all time

Achievementof quarterly & yearly target order intake by maximizing promotion and salesactivity on the Company products

Efficient management of customerrelationship

Responsible forconsultative sales and promotion of the Company products with distributor/ customersegments in Vietnam

Withlocal distributor(s) to grow the business:

  • Developand maintain territory coverage plan
  • Routinecoverage of key assigned accounts
  • Properpresentation of key products as directed
  • Fullproduct line presentation using total solution
  • Efficient use of andknowledge of the Circle of Learning, Utstein Formula, LDHF methodology
  • Achieve yearly orderintake target for assigned territory

Responsiblefor market development activities:

  • Focuson development and maintenance of key accounts and reference sites
  • Performproduct in-service training to ensure customer satisfaction, as needed
  • Frequentmarket feedback on products, competition and market conditions to ASEAN ChannelManager
  • Developand maintain territory specific information relative to competitors anddistributors in the market mix
  • Develop,maintain and deliver accurate information on lost business
  • Assistin the planning and implementation of workshops, Simulation User Group meetingsor other customer forums held in assigned territory
  • Activelyprobe for all products and refer leads to the appropriate distributorvia Seibel (CRM)
  • Generate ideas thatcontribute to territory, business unit, company mission and profitability

Timelyand accurate fulfillment of Sales Administration duties:

  • ExpenseReporting within guidelines outlined in Travel & EntertainmentPolicy
  • SalesCall Reporting
  • Reportingon conferences, trade shows and/or workshops
  • Telephone/videoconference call contact with ASEAN Channel Manager
  • Orderlymanagement of Company assets

Managelocal distributor- product training, customer visit, order intake


Strong closing skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses a plus

Organizationalskills for proper territory planning/management

Workingknowledge of healthcare, EMS and medical education market segments within Vietnam

Demonstratedrecord of achievement in prior sales position

Excellentoral, written and telephone skills. Strong interpersonal skills

Abilityto learn and retain product specific information relating to our product rangeas it pertains to the position. Initial and ongoing product training will beprovided

Knowledgeof anatomy and physiology of cardiovascular system a plus

Computerliterate with knowledge of word processing applications and Excel spreadsheets

Bachelor'sdegree in life sciences or business (preferred) and three years salesexperience with medical disposable or capital equipment; OR, Associates Degreein above mention fields of study, supported by 5 years of sales experience

Nice-to-have CPRcertification (or trained within six months of hire)
