Duties and Responsibilities
•Cooperate with Sales Executive in developing pre-call plan and planogram.
•Prepare necessary detailing aids to make an effective call and engage in promoting and selling the products.
•Implement action plans to fulfill the sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.
•Understand the nature of customers and develop customer relationship
•Carry out merchandizing activities as per planogram, arrange display fees and make proper record
•Monitor and submit monthly report about customers and competitors info including trade scheme, promotional activities and merchandizing display.
•Ensure self progress against key performance indicators and sales plans
•Monthly report on call achievement, coverage achievement, hit call and active outlet
•At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
•Reasonable knowledge of English and Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
•Strong Communications, analytical and negotiation skills
•Willing to learn and grow
•Can work under pressure
•Experience in pharmaceutical trade sales field would be a great advantage.
