Job Detail

The main responsibility is to perform sales activities, capture new customers, and support achievement of target market share level, customer acquisition, sales and service targets.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Support the development of sales and revenue plan and develop forecasts for assigned customers
  • Develop pitching materials and propose METRO’s products and solutions to customers to ensure that sales are secured
  • Identify potential new customers, and create relationship and approach them to become METRO’s customers
  • Ensure that customers are aware of new promotions and offers, as well as drive upselling opportunities, and attend to special requests
  • Generate weekly sales report on assigned customers, and participate in sales panel to report on progress and track sales performance
  • Follow up with Ordering Management and other relevant teams in regards to customers orders
  • Take ownership on the end-to-end Sales process, including follow-up payment to customers
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for return of damaged or wrong products delivered to customers
  • Identify and respond appropriately to various issues with Customers, and ensure that issues are solve
  • Collaborate with other functions/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/cost reduction opportunities
  • Support in forecasting trends and developing roadmap for further expansion of company/ work function
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

Job Requirments: 

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 5-years relevant experience
  • Good understanding of customer and market requirements
  • Good communication skills, solving customer complaint, market research for potential customer
  • Target and result oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • B2B, B2C sales experience of working with FMCG products in Myanmar
