Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate sourcing, qualification, and management
- Recruitment process management
- Client Account Management
- Mapping potential new markets
- Tools: Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn, Dice, Grammarly, Google Suite, MS Office 365 - Word & Excel, Adobe acrobat DC
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of staffing experience in any sector (with some IT or Cyber recruitment experience)
- Great organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Problem solving ability with a naturally positive attitude
- Self-starter motivated by success and career growth
- Individual mindset but dedicated to functioning in a team environment growth
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, jobs sites i.e. Dice and ATS growth
- Experience with Bullhorn ATS highly desirable
- Has a strong work ethic with a sense of commitment
- Impeccable People Skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Self Starter and Trustworthy
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to think on your feet
- Has a “Get the Job Done” Attitude
- Must be amenable to work on US time zone
